The solution? Get off your butt, stop making excuses and lose the stomach fat. You've no excuse that hasn't been tried before, and I don't care what "genes you have". Anybody and everybody is capable of losing their stomach fat, at least to the point where their lives are not at risk, and at best where they can show off a sexy six pack set of abs on the beach.
Remember, when it comes to health, it's not just your own wants and needs...you must think of your loved ones and why it's not fair to jeopardize your health and potentially risk your life in the process. It's not fair on your family and friends. It's not fair on your own self esteem either.
